Preheating & feeding unit is installed above the extruder, while it dries out the remaining moisture within wood power, it also provides superb mixing functionality. Screw & barrel are bimetallic and nitrided to ensure wear resistant and corrosion resistance; optimized screw design gives better melting flow and plasticization.
We supply the following extrusion lines for this series: One step wood-plastic thick plate equipment; one step wood-plastic profile equipment; one step wood-plastic decorative material equipment; wood-plastic granulation equipment and die head.
The extrusion can produce a wide range of wood-plastic profiles with polyethylene material PE, PP, and PVC, e.g. pallets, packaging plate, floor and outdoor decorating materials. To save polyethylene, wood powder and plant fiber can be added up to 50-75%.
