Flexible conveyo

 

ProTech Automation manufacture a range of expandable, flexible conveyors for loose loading and unloading applications, eliminating "dead space" created by pallets or roll-cages. They are designed and engineered to the highest standards to endure the rigorous demands of distribution centres and parcel handling hubs: they have reinforced ribbed, zinc plated steel side plates for additional strength, structural support across the width and heavy duty square tubing legs to ensure total stability.

 

Overview:

Standard conveyor widths of 18''/460mm, 24''/610mm and  30''/760mm.

Support legs are fully adjustable from 700mm to 1000mm. Other heights available upon request.

200-300Kg load capacity per linear metre based on a level working height. (gravity models)

Heavy duty castors – 4'' or 5'' swivel castors for maximum manoeuvrability. All castor wheels incorporate foot operated brakes.

Roller centres – 125mm as standard when the conveyor is fully extended.

Features:

Self Tracking - Cartons follow the twists and turns of the conveyor path without using engineered curves.

Adjustable Height - Simply turn the locking knob to raise or lower the conveyor bed height.

Square Tubing Legs - Heavy duty legs for longer service life

Reinforced, ribbed zinc plated steel side plates. Assembled with bolts and lock nuts without rivets.

Structural Steel Support - Channel steel spans the entire conveyor width for unequalled strength.

Casters with brakes - 4'' or 5" swivel casters roll easily. Caster brakes lock both wheel and swivel simultaneously while the conveyor is in use.
