This whole production line consists of force-feeding extruder, single-screw extruder, vacuum exhauster, high speed screen charger, cutting device and so on equipment. Depending on the material and required capacity, the screw diameter and feeding section will be changed accordingly. The joint part of the two extruder will install with vacuum device, to suck in the volatile gases. This line can not only used for recycled plastics but also for recycling foamed PS, PE, EVA.
