*    All purchased item will be delivered within 3 business day if the payment is cleared (Mon-Fri).

* The 20% re-stocking fee of original item cost will be applied for all non-defective, screen not used, screen not need, and wrong screen      order return or exchange. Shipping fee is non-refundable in all cases.
 
* A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required for all return. Without RMA number the return will not be accepted.
 
* We will process your return request within 48 business hours and send you theRMA# and shipping address for return items.
