2.Brief introduction of test

1)      Flexible freight bag full of goods is hanged on the hooks in four directions first.

2)      Hoist both testing machine and freight bag by a crane to make that the freight bag is about 1 meters away from floor

3)      Do the hoisting test according to test requirement.

11)  Cycle test for 30 times: load to 2 times safe workload at a speed of 70±20 kN /min for 30 times and then do a 5 times safe workload. Time between two tests should not be more than 30s.

12)  Cycle test for 70 times: load to 4 times safe workload at a speed of 70±20 kN /min for 70 times and then do a 6 times safe workload. Time between two tests should not be more than 30s.

Note: custom should prepare 5T crane and hanging frame.
