Specifications

Big Capacity Granite Hammer Crusher/Stone Crusher Machine is a single-stage crushing machine that can directly crush the materials whose maximum granularity is 600-180 mm to 25 mm or below. It is suitable for the medium and fine crushing of medium hard materials in cement, chemistry, power and metallurgy.

Features of Big Capacity Granite Hammer Crusher/Stone Crusher Machine

1. Big Capacity Granite Hammer Crusher has advanced designing technology, compact structure and shock resistance

2. Big Capacity Granite Hammer Crusher/Stone Crusher Machine has big feeding material particle size, high rate of finished products, good particle shape

3. Strong crushing ability; rough, medium and fine crushing can be finished in one step.

4. Increasing yield by 30% on year-on-year basis, reducing needle and flake shaped and powdery products by 20%, more energy saving

5. The hammerhead and the sieve plate are made of manganese alloy with strong shock resistance and abrasion resistance.

Working Process of Big Capacity Granite Hammer Crusher/Stone Crusher Machine

The Big Capacity Granite Hammer Crusher/Stone Crusher Machine crushes materials depending on its impact power. When it works, the motor drives the rotor to spin at high speed, materials enter the crushing cavity evenly, and the high speed spinning hammerhead impacts, cuts and tears materials till they are completely crushed. Meanwhile, the gravity action of materials forces them to crash the baffle and grate bars on the frame from the high speed spinning hammerhead. At the bottom of the rotor is the sieve plate. Materials that have particle size smaller than the screen size will pass the sieve plate while those with bigger particle size are stopped on the plate and will continue to be impacted and ground by the hammer until they have the required discharging particle size, and then will be discharged from the hammer crusher through the sieve plate.
