0.6/1~35kV 150mm2 copper conductor steel armoured power cable

1  Introduction

For XLPE insulated power cable,either chemical method or physical method is employed to transform the molecular structure of  PE from chain into three-dimensional network,i.e. Termo-plastic PE is transformed into thermosetting XLPE. After cross-linking,the thermal and mechanical properties of PE have been greatly improved while its excellent electrical property are still retained.

 

2   Product Standards

The product is manufactured according to the standard of GB/12706-2008 or IEC,BS,DIN and ICEA upon request.

 

3  Range of application

The product is suitable for power transmission and distribution lines with rated power frequency voltage 0.6/1 kV~26/35 kV.

 

4   Instruction of application

4.1 Rated voltages: 0.6/1 kV~26/35 kV

4.2 The ambient temperature for installation: ≥0C

4.3 Maximum conductor temperature in normal operation:≤90C

4.4 Max operating temperature of con. When cable short-circuited(5s maximum duration): 250C

4.5 Permissible bending radius:

a, The armoring materials of single core cable should use nonmagnetic materials.

b, Our company can produce flame-resistance, fire-resistance,termite-proof, Low flame   free halogen, low flame low halogen etc. power cable as customer required.

Performance in line with IEC60332: 2004 requirements.
