Features:
A:As per characteristic of sticky compound fertilizer,we improved the screw feeding way to ensure the even feeding into pressing room.
B:We improve ring die compression ratio according to the material of low adhesion rate and difficult to forming,thus it improve the production and formation ratio.
C:In order to improve the flow of compound fertilizer and discharge more uniform, we add the plate for material in even on main shaft of pelleting room.
D:The feeder,conditioner and inclined chute are made of stainless steel with long service life.
E:Main driving parts adopt imported bearing,seal,it makes machine more stable.
F: Ring die pellet mill generate less wear and tear during pelleting, and work more energy efficient, which is widely adopted in commercial and large scale production lines.
