Function: the coil car is designed to provide full lift to the mandrel surface across the full range of O.D. Coils.

 HydraulicDUal-coneUNcoiler:

Function:the hydraulic dual-cone uncoiler is used to securely hold the coil I.D. while unwinding the coil into the slitter entry unit. Adopt dual inner tension wedge-block to hold the coil I.D. Multi-step inner tension block to suit different inner I.D of the coils.

Structure: Consisted of bottom base and support base, main mandrel, inner tension design, multi-step wedge-block, power supply, tension cylinder and drive cylinder.
