1.      After we make the machines order, we will update the machine information to our customers.

2.      When finshed the production, we wilL inform our customer to come to our factory to see and test the machine until it is satisfied before shippment.

3.      Technology support. How? When never you are new or experience in the machines, Free design and Layout of the machiens are provided for customers' plant by our technician team.

4.      Rich experience engineer is available over seas. The engineer will help to intall all the machiens, start the machines until machines running smoothly.All the electric and waters should be ready before engineer arrive.

5.      The engineer is for 3 days for free, his visa fee, round air ticket, eating and accommodation should be paid by the buyer. USD$80/day should be paid as the salary to the engineer if exceed 3 days.
