Pulping system

Main equipments:pulper,3m3,55kw;;vibration screen,1.8m2,4kw; consistency controller;mixer; pulp pump,water pump, control cabinet for pulping system,etc.

Forming system

Consist of 12 pcs of forming platens and 1pc of transfering platen. Platen size:1600*400mm. 4pcs of30-cell  egg tray molds can  bemounted on each forming  platen(4pcs/cycle). There are 48pcs of  forming molds and 4pcs of transfering molds in total.

Forming efficiency:16-18cycles/min;equiped with vacuum auto drain system,auto cleaning system for the forming mold, preheating system andauto control cabinet.

Drying system

Outline dimension: 21000×2120×4200mm;6  layer conveying   chain;  heated concentratedly; one burner with  French or  Italian brand.The energy for option: LPG,GAS,diesel oil. Equiped with auto control

cabinet.

Stacking system

The finsihed products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying.

Height Limit Pressor

It will press and make the products more compact after stacking so that storing and transporting will be more convenient and cost-effective .

Subsidary  Equipments

Vacuum pump,90kw,1set; air compressing system: air compressor syetem(37kw,1set),air dryer,air filter and air  storage tank. 

 

Features of the pulp molding machine

?Production line occupation:about 720m2.Requirement for the workshop:height ≥5m,width≥12m,length≥60m.

?Workforce for the production line:5-6/shift.

?All the water are recycled used in the production and the raw material is waste paper, so the water should be changed in certain time. For the countries that lack of water, a water purifying system is recommended.

?The supplier will be responsible for the instruction in installation,test running and training. Warranty: one year since finishing theinstallation.

?The equipments equiped in this production line are supposed to the production of 30 cell egg trays.If the users plan to produce egg cartons,cup carriers or fruit trays etc., they should add the hot pressing,labeling or printing equipment and other auxiliary equipments.The occuppation area,total power and workforce will be increased accordingly.
