What is Drawer Magnets?
As one kind of Magnetic filter , Drawer Magnets are also named magnetic drawers,
are made from Powerful NdFeB, SmCo or Ferrite permanent magnetic grate in the stainless steel housing( 314 or 316L).
The free flowing materials go through single row magnetic grate or the Multiple staggered rows magnetic Grate
by gravity effect from the inlet of house, ferrous impurities are pulled on surface tube magnet,
purified material flow down from outlet .If high purity is needed, Multiple staggered rows
can provide maximum contact area for product flow .
Drawer Magnet is a good choice for free flow material purifying and downstream processing machinery protection
by removing ferrous impurities
Mag spring can supply Standard Normal Style Magnetic Drawer, Easy cleaning Style Magnet drawer ,
Fast Connection liquid Drawer Magnets and customer made magnetic drawer with food grade or sanitary Grade etc.
The max magnetic force can up to 12000GS from magnets with Br>=14300Gauss.
Standard Drawer Magnet
The characters like Maximum Operating Temperature and Magnetic Strength are
the same as the magnetic bars.
1.For round magnetic bar, we have diameter 0.5",0.75" ,0.875",1",1.25",1.5",1.75",2",3",4" for your choice.
But the most common diameter is 1". Standard tube length range from 3" to 60"long.
Square magnetic bars can be supplied on request.
2. Constructed of SS304&316 casing tube, it is equipment with high density ceramic 8 magnets and high energy Rare earth magnets to suit your application. You can build or modify your own magnetic separation equipment with individual magnetic filter
bar.
3. Magnetic strength from 1,500-12,000Gs can be asked as per your requirements. For normal magnetic bar
equipped with Ceramic magnets, which could give typical peak value of more than 3,000Gauss on the surface,
and could be used up to temperature of 350C.For normal magnetic bar equipped with Rare-earth magnets,
which cold give typical peak value of more than 12,000Gauss on the surface.
4. Fully seal welded with either plain ends or tapped ends to suit your application.
5. All of magnetic bars are waterproof.
6. Condition: Well polished.
