Small cationic stabilizer for drilling fluid PTA

Product overview

PTA is made of epichlorohydrin,dimethylamine,potassium persulfate and sodium sulfite. The PTA clay stabilizer has a strong ability to inhibit clay hydration expansion. Has good temperature resistance and pollution resistance. The viscosity and shear force keep basically remain unchanged. Has obvious effect for protection oil and gas layer. Permeability recovery value reached more than 85%. And it can meet the requirements of drilling engineering.

Performance feature

① Has strong ability of inhibiting clay ,hydration and expansion;

②Has good temperature resistance and pollution resistance;

③ Soluble in water,safety,non-toxic,and has good hydrolytic stability;

④ To prevent the clay hydration expansion,disperse and migration.It's able to bear water scour,and extend the water injection cycle.

⑤ In the drilling fluid has the effect of sterilization,anti-sloughing and anti-blocking.

Package storage

This product packaging use polyethylene plastic or metal pail. Net weight 25kg or 50kg or 200 kg; store in a cool,dry,ventilated place.

Avoid contact with eyes,skin and clothing. Otherwise, using plenty of water washing.
