DIAMOND CUTTING DISC

This product is used to make cutting and grooving on ceramic tiles on automatic and manual cutting machines. There are four normal working modes: manual single-blade full cutting, automatic single-blade full cutting, automatic two-blade full cutting and pre-cutting, chamfering and full cutting. Our diamond cutting disc are approved for their high working speed, fine and precise cutting effect, low tiles edge-breaking ratio and long working lifetime.

1.1.WHOLE SINTERED DIAMOND CUTTING DISC

This product is used to make full cutting, half-cutting or grooving on polished porcelain tiles, wearable ceramic tiles, rustic tiles, glaze floor and wall tiles. It can be used by single blade and multi blades. Our whole sintered diamond cutting discs are approved for their good sharpness, smooth and flat cutting slots and no chipping. This product is normally used on single-head or two-head automatic cutting machines and manual cutting machines.

1.2. WELDED DIAMOND CUTTING DISC

This product is used to make cutting on polished porcelain tiles, wearable ceramic tiles, rustic tiles, glaze floor and wall tiles. It can be used by single blade and multi blades. Our welded diamond cutting discs are approved for their good sharpness, smooth and flat cutting slots, no chipping and long working lifetime. This product is normally used on single-head or two-head automatic cutting machines and manual cutting machines.

1.3. DIAMOND GROOVING DISC

This product is used to make grooving on polished porcelain tiles, wearable ceramic tiles, rustic tiles, glaze floor and wall tiles. It can be used by single blade and multi blades. Our welded diamond cutting discs are approved for their good sharpness, straight grooving effect, no chipping, long working lifetime and flat cutting bottom.

This product is normally used on single-head continuous cutting machines and manual cutting machines.

1.4.DIAMOND CHAMFERING DISC

This product is used to make chamfering on polished porcelain tiles, wearable ceramic tiles, rustic tiles, glaze floor and wall tiles. It can be used by single blade and multi blades. Our diamond chamfering discs are approved for their good sharpness, smooth chamfering effect, no chipping and long working lifetime. It is used on three-head continuous cutting machines or manual cutting machines: the first head is for pre-cutting, the second head is for chamfering and the third head is for full cutting.
