Q1:How can I get the best machine?

 

You can tell us your working area, detail work by pictures or video so that we can recommend you the model depends on our experience. Then if you have any other requirements, we would negotiate to give you the best model which confirm with all your need. 

 

Q2:This is the first time I used this kind of machine, is it easy to operate?

 

We will send you manual and guide in English,it can teach you how to operate the machine. If you can not learn how to use it, we can talk with sykpe or cellphone to help you understand it.

 

Q3:This model is not suitable for me, Do you have more models available?

 

Yes, We can supply many models, such as advertising CNC router, wood CNC router, Stone CNC router, metal CNC router......

 

Q4: How long will be the delivery time?

 

For standard machines, it would be 7-12 working days. For customized machines, it would be 15-30 working days according to the clients requirements.

 

Q5:Do you arrange shipment of the machine?

Yes, For the FOB and CIF Price, we would arrange national shipment or the internal shipment for you. For EXW Price, the clients would arrange the shipment all by themselves or their forwarding.

 

Q6:How about the documents after shipment?

After shipment, we will send all the original document to you via DHL including Packing list, Commercial invoice, Bill of lading and other certificate as you required.

 

Q7: What is the guarantee in case the machine breaks down?

The machine has two years guarantee.If it breaks down, our technician will figure out what the problem would be according to your feedback. Parts except for consumable parts would be replaced for free, if the problems caused by quality fault under by" normal use"
