This machine from our company is oil heating , oil heating make sure the heating board heating equality on the full board so make sure you can make good quality garments ,and the board won't  be out of shape ,much better than electronic heating .  We can make teflon coated on the heating board ,or with teflon sheets .

2.The heated thread and heated board are together, safe,durable,distribute uniformity. 

3.The plating motherboard is titanium fluating,prevent mucosity. 

4.The motherboard is pure aluminium.The function is perfect. 
5.The electronic equipment control the time, denote the singal when finish. 
 
6. A layer teflon sheet or teflon coat on the heating plate to prevent congiutination

7. Adjust the pressure anytime, convenient, fast. 

8. can offer high pressure, effect is better can can be used for various media item
 
 
Operating Manuel:
 
The whole machine must under the protection of appropriate study grounding line.
 
1.Turn on the power switch, adjust the temperature time air-pressure to reqirements.
2. Set the temperature and time you need for your products, wait until the machine reach the temperature you need .
 
3. Adjust the pressure button ,set the pressure you need to press your products .
 
4.When the temperauture attend, prepare the products on the down board, put the board into the middle of the machine to transfer printing .
 
5.Set the botton to automatic , when the down board reach the right middle of the machine . the heating plate will down to print the products automatic . when finish the hot heating plate will rise automatic .  
If discover the position is wrong or some thing urgent happens , press the Exigence stop switch to stop the machine immideately . the heating plate will uprising automaticly to stop very hot pressing. 
 
6. If you do not need it automatic operating , set the botton to "Manual" . when the fabric ready put the down board into the machine, then press the "move" botton the up heating plate 
 will down to print it .when finish the hot heating plate will rise automatic .  
If you need to urgently stop , just press the "stop" botton to stop very hot pressing. 
 
Points For Attention
1.It must be used by specialty person
2.Check the source and elec.power, Please keep the efficiency between wire and machine the same 
3.The temperature mus tbe checked ,after the machine is opened , attention different cloth different temperature
4.The temperature button must be shut down when the work over
