Rock Phosphate 30-800 tph Crushing Production Line
According to user's indication and detailed requirement, we recommend and design one 500 TPH crushing and screening plant, including a vibrating feeder ZSW1500X6000, a primary hydraulic jaw crusher JC1100X1200, three sets of hydraulic impact crusher PFS1315 as secondary crusher, two sets of vibrating screen 2YZS2160 for screening. The detailed flow is as per following explaination.
1. The hopper LC6000X8000 is to collect the raw materials into it, and it will be made in your local site, it can be made of concrete or steel plate.
2. Vibrating feeder ZSW1500X6000, is for feeding materials continuously to the primary jaw crusher, the grizzly on front of the feeder can screen out the waste or small size of raw materials.
3. Hydraulic jaw crusher JC1100x1200, as primary jaw crusher, to crush limestone from 0-930mm to 0-200mm.
4. The surge hopper LC4000X5000, three sets, are to collect outputs after crushed by jaw crusher JC1100x1200.
5. Vibrating feeder GZG100-4, three sets, hanging under each set of surge hopper LC4000x5000, for feeding continuously to the secondary hydraulic impact crusher PFS1315.
6. The hydraulic impact crusher PFS1315, with the hydraulic system, more convenient to open the body and change spear parts. It is to crush limestone from 0-200mm to 0-22mm.
7. Vibrating screen 2YZS2160, for screening out the outputs 0-22mm after crushed by hydraulic impact crusher PFS1315, the outputs bigger than 22mm will be transported back to the surge hopper LC4000X5000, then re-crushed by hydraulic impact crusher PFS1315, thus, we can get the outputs below 22mm.
