Main performance & Structure Characteristics

1.      Biscuit feeding and packing line consist of distantiation conveyor, transition conveyor, automatic feeding unit and automatic packing machine. Biscuits and other products are spaced out and distributed, and then the products are transmitted orderly to the packing machine for packaging. The packing line can achieve the effects of continuous and orderly production, low reject rate, and beautiful appearance.

2.       Packing speed of single line can achieve to 180 bags/min.

3.       The whole packing line adopts power supply of 50 HZ 220v, total power of single feeding and packing line is 6.2KW (including the packing machine).
