DIAMOND CUTTING SAW BLADE
Diamond cutting saw blade is one of the most commonly used tools for processing refractory material. Considering the various hardness and abrasiveness of refractory material, we have developed a series of blades with special formulas for cutting different refractory material, such as electrocast corundum brick, high tension porcelain insulators, mg-al brick, magnesia-chrome brick, dense chrome brick and dense zirconium brick etc. For this product, since we have solved the balancing problem between cutting capacity and working lifetime, our blades can make smooth and straight cutting without broken edges and corners. We provide both normal and silent blades, which all require water cooling when working. S
ilent blades are preferred for their very low working noise and non-deformation.
