1.Induction hardening and tempering lines

  Forever Furnace  has produced many harden and temper lines used for steel bars,round bars,deformed steel bars,stainless steel,grinding rod thin bars,PC wire,copper slab,steel slab,axle shaft,oil drill pipe,and bulldozer blades.Especially for the bars,tubes and slabs induction harden and temper lines,we have manufactured more than 50 complete sets for the customers from Iran,Italy,Indonesia,Taiwan,Spain and so on.so our technology is very mature.

 

2.Induction heaters

  Forever Furnace has produces hundred of induction heaters used for steel pipe,steel billet,carbon steel,stainless steel,round steel,aluminum bar,wire,large steel bar,oil drill pipe and so on.the equipment of power from 100 kw to 10000 kw can be manufactured.

 

3.Induction heater for forging.

 Equipped with automatic feeding and discharging system,our induction heaters for forging is used for square steel,round steel bars,billet heating before forging or hot shears. We can design the equipment as per your processing requirement.

 

4.Induction reheating furnace

  Forever Furnace has designed and manufactured many sets of billet induction reheating system for our customers from Taiwan and Vietnam.and our heat treatment technology has been mature.the billet induction reheating system is working well in our customer plant.They save great electricity and improve the workers' working environment.

 

5.Induction heating for steel ball rolling

  Forever Furnace is dedicated to research the reliability and energy-saving of steel ball rolling line  and we take more time to develop the higher power system.

1)in 2009,we designed and manufactured the first 2500KW skew rolling line used for continuous steel bar heating in China.the skew rolling line can heat the steel bar of ?19- ?150 with power from 160KW to 2500KW and frequency from 500Hz to 8000Hz.but the length of steel bar can be according to the customers' specific requirement.

2)in 2012,we designed and manufactured 4000KW steel bar induction heating line for our Iran customer.It save our customer great electricity.
