 Evaporator drum

It is used carbon steel chrome.The scratch-style system of inside machie ensures constant running at the lowest power consumption, exquisite welding abd processing technology ensure high-efficient heat tranfer and energy saving. When ice making finished, it will fall down directly at the bottom of the drum.

 

 

PLC controling system

The controlling system is for famous Siemens brand name which control the whole ice making process, meanwhile it can protect the machine when there are water shortage, ice full, high/low pressure alarm and motor reversal in order to guarantee the machine run stable wih less faults.

 

 

Flake ice

Based on the special design of the machine, the ice  is dry, pure, powder-less, not easy to block, its thickness is about 1.8mm to 2mm, without edges or corners whcih will protect the cooling food, fish, seafood and othe products gently.

 

 

 

Sensor

Considering  the machine runs all the time, the ice will container will be full, so our  technicians design a infrared sensor at the bottom of the machine. When the ice is full, the sensor will send a message to the PLC, then PLC send a message to the electric box to make the machine stop to protect the machine.

 

 

Special ice bin for KP Machine

For the small capacity machine, there is akind of ice bin. The ice bin is set under the machine unit. When the ice falls, it falls into the ice bin to store it. This design is very convenient.

For after sales service, once out of work, you only need to send us pictures or video about the fault, we will mail you the solution to solve problems within 24 hours. If the parts is broken and proved by our engineer for non-personal reason, we will offer free parts to replace within guarantee period; if it is beyond guarantee period, we will charge market price for the new parts.
