3. Application notice about steel structure modular house

1). Please don't change the structure, don't pick out any screws or parts and don't increase or decrease any partitions after the    installation. If really necessary, you must get our agree to avoid any safe accident.

 

2). The light steel parts should paint every one to two years in order to keep it's service time longer and the external appearance looks as good as new.

  

3). Prefabricated house is the whole connection of steel construction parts. If you want to use the electricity facilities, please don't bond the lines directly onto the steel structure.

5. How to make Steel modular house?

1).Steel Framework welding

Welding for Peripheral Underpan Steel framework. Use 140*50 channel steel to weld. If the  container house is 3m x 6m, the Peripheral underpan beam uses 4 x 8 x 2 square steel to be welded, the space between the steel beam  is  35cm, 6pcs beam and ring beam of the roof are all 5 x 5 x 2.0 square steel welded.

2). Color steel sandwich panel jointing.

The wall panel and roof panel of the prefabricated house  uses 50mm thickness sandwich panel ,both sides are white, the window is 930 x 1000mm sliding window, the door is color steel door, the size is 930 x 2000mm, the underpan use 18mm building template,in this case, per square meter can bear 200kg.

3). Floor the prefab house .

4). Install lightingfacilities, air conditioner holes.

5). Install security mesh and gap sealing treatment,anti-water gluing.
