[Adxylan (Aodier Xylanase) ]

Introduction:                                                                                                                     

Adxylan is produced by liquid fermentation techniques. The use of Xylanase can significantly degrade the xylan

 in cell wall, eliminate the anti-nutritional factors, and improve the feed efficiency.  By breaking down the cell 

walls,  it is more embedded nutrients are available  and the  animal  heath and growth performance  are improved.

The application of Adxylan increases cereal by-products usage in animal feed and reduces feed costs significantly. 

 

Characteristics:                                                                                                                

1. Temperature scop: the effective temperature scop is 30-65 Celsius, the optimum temperature scop is 45-60 Celsius.

2.PH range: effective pH scop is 3.0-7.0, and the optimum pH scop is 4.8-5.5.

3. Within the scop of 30 Celsius -70 Celsius,relatively xylanase activity remained higher than 60%, which means it have excellent

    heat resistance.

4. Processin with PH 3.5-3.7, this xylanase products still have a high activity, the relative activity remained more than

    80%.

2.Unit defination: At 37 Celsius and PH 5.5,1μmol revertose is released from 5.0 mg/ml xylanase every minute and 

                           xylanase activity unit in U represents.

Function:                                                                                                                              

1.Improving digesting efficiency and reducing cost-by degrading the linear polysaccharide β-1, 4-xylan into xylose,

   releasing the nutrition trapped in the plan cell wall, allowing the animal to digest its feed more efficiently, leading to

   more meat or eggs per kilogram of feed. 

2.Heaping to the maintain gut healthy – by improving nutrient digestibility, fewer nutrients are available in the animal's gut

  for the potential growth of  disease-causing bacteria

Recommended dosage:                                                                                                          

Powder and liquid forms. 10000U/g or Ml,  100-300g(ml)/ MT complete feed.

 

Packing& storage:                                                                                                            

25kg/bag for solid product& 25kg/drum for liquid product.

1.Keep away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight.

2.Shelf life: 12 months for solid products and 6 months for liquid products in original packing when stored in cool

(< 20 Celsius) and dry place.
