Summary

MH5300 intelligent differential pressure online-densimeter (also known as online density transducer) is used for continuously measuring liquid concentration and density online, which can be directly used in industrial process. The densimeter adopts advanced technologies, including: a capacitive differential pressure sensor and the connected pair of pressure repeater for inserting the production process. There is a temperature sensor between the two pressure repeaters, which is used for compensating the temperature of the liquid changes.

 

MOHO intelligent on-line densimeter is two- wire system density transducer, mainly used for industrial process control. The on-line densimeter generate the corresponding signal 4-20mA according to the concentration and density and carry out the remote calibration and monitoring by the digital communications .

Working Principle

The working principle of the intelligent differential pressure densimeter online is based on the Archimedes' principle: the pressure at a certain height of liquid column is proportional to the liquid density. Namely, P =ρgh :

P: the pressure at a certain height of liquid column

ρ: the liquid density

g: Measuring acceleration of gravity

h: the height of liquid level

According to the measured pressure value and under the condition that knowing the measuring acceleration of gravity and the height of the liquid column, we can get the measured liquid density value .
