Structure and properties of sz / szl conical gearbox:

Sz series gearbox description:
This sz series conical twin screw extruder gearbox is hard tooth faced gearing which produced according to the ZBJ-9009-88 standard, and consists of transmission box and distribution box.
1) gear of reducer is high strength alloy carburizing steel material, goes through carburizing and quenching gear grinding process, gear grade less than 6. the gearbox is high strength and low noise.
2) Distribution box has small taper angle spiral wheel use 380CrMoAl material, goes through gear cutting by CNC gear hobbing machine and nitrogen treatment, with high precision and high hardness.
3) Use globular graphite cast iron box and high strength self-aligning thrust roller bearings, can bear larger axial thrust.
4) Both reduction gearbox and distribution box are equipped with cooling installations, with reliable operation.
5) All that through cutting machine have plain and beautiful appearances.

SZL CIS cone double screw extruder gear box characters:
