 total nitrogen is 5.0% or higher , amino nitrogen is 4.5% or higher, PH: 6 ~ 8, sodium chloride, 38-42%
Pb 5 PPM or less, As 1 PPM or less, three chlorine propanol 1 PPM or less
The total number of bacterial colonies: less than 100 cfu/g, coliform group: less than 30 MPN / 100 g
Salmonella, shigella, staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus: not checked out.

This product has special seasoner odour, widely used in the chicken essence, all kinds of soup bases, sauce seasoning, instant noodle seasoning, meat products, bread baking food, household condiments, frozen food, etc.
This product can supply amino acid, and improve the nutritional ingredients, and can enhance the freshness,improve taste, cover peculiar smell, can also reduce the use amount of MSG and the I + G, improve the grade of products, reduce the cost.

chicken essence: 2-15%
Seasoner,condiment, instant noodle seasoning bags, all kinds of soup bases: 1 ~ 10%
All kinds of soup bases, soy sauce, etc: 1 ~ 20%
Meat products, bread baking food , family seasoning, quick-frozen food: 0.5 ~ 5%
