Brand Name: Phase II
Place of Origin: China (Mainland)

Specifications

This PHASE II advanced portable hardness tester is distinguished by its very compact size, high accuracy, wide measuring range and simplicity of operation. This portable hardness tester is suitable for testing the hardness of all metals and widely applied in many areas of industry. The PHT-1500 portable hardness tester is designed to test very large hard parts. Mass should be equivalent to approx. 1" thick of steel at point of test. Softer metals need even more mass.

The PHT-1500 portable hardness tester comes with the universal impact device D to provide the largest selection of applications. It automatically computes all Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell and Shore hardness values. The impact direction can be set so that the accurate values can be achieved at any angle, even upside down! Statistical mean value is automatically provided.

The measuring method of the PHT-1500 portable hardness tester is defined as " the quotient of the impact body's rebound velocity over its impact velocity" . Optional accessories include various support rings to meet the requirements of specialized convex or concave applications.
