Application:
Series JZC Waste Oil Distillation (Oil Pyrolysis) equipment is one kind of machine which combined the atmospheric distillation systems and vacuum distillation systems, it  is special for distillating and regeneratying the black waste oil, including waste engine oil, lube oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, dirty diesel oil, mixed oils etc. Design a processing capacity of 6,000 tons of waste oil processing device, the raw material of light component too much, waste oil distillation unit uses two stages of vaporization, atmospheric tower design, vacuum tower.

JZC oil distillation machine effectively separate the waste oil to gasoline oil, diesel oil, and lubricating base oil under vacuum-Pyrolysis, JZC oil distillation machine works under 380C temperature of the vacuum condition, makes Hydrocarbon molecules break out, and re-order combination, forming diesel oil, lubricating base oil etc. During the distillation process, liquid waste oil transforms to oil-gas in vacuum distillation tower under high temperature, then oil-gas transform to liquid oil again after through the oil cooling system and water cooling system, the production can be the gasoline oil, diesel oil and lubricating base oil, it much depends on the waste oil's components. Finally get a eligible oil with good color. During the distillation process, JZC effectively remove the wear debris, asphalt, wax quality, impurities, moisture, acid and get rid of carbon particles, deep oxides which disperse in oil. JZC machine is very suitable for the oil refinery company, also for the small oil company who want to make the oil by self. 

The entire system generally includes pretreatment system atmospheric distillation systems, vacuum distillation systems, heating systems, cooling systems. It is at atmospheric pressure atmospheric distillation of waste oil for heating, gasification, fractionation and condensation to get the light oil, like the gasoline and diesel, meanwhile, for the vacuum distillation tower, it mainly produce the lubricant base oil. So get a variety of different waste oil distillate boiling range. Refers to the atmospheric crude distillation and vacuum conditions, depending on the waste oil in the different boiling points of the components, the waste oil "cut" process into different fractions.Fractionation out of high purity, high separation efficiency, it could also produce gasoline, light diesel oil, heavy diesel oil, lubricating ability. While lower energy consumption. Safer and more environmentally friendly.
