Voltage Transformer for GIS

Voltage transformer matched with GIS is used for SF6 close combined apparatus; it is connected between the phase and ground. It uses SF6 gas as main insulation, and uses polyester film, which is used for interlayer insulation,as additional insulation;
Main components of transformer:
There are lifting blocks, a ground terminal, a nameplate, an instruction plate and a secondary terminal box on the metal shell. The shell body is formed by welding steel plates and hot galvanizing, all connecting bolts uses stainless standard parts, they can work in outdoor place for long time, and do not rust forever. A metal rupture disc is installed on the base. If a high energy discharge occurs in it, the rupture disc will break to relief pressure, so the safety of product is improved. Main body is installed in the shell, high voltage electrode and low voltage shielded plate use aluminum plates, which are rotated and pressed to form and carried out polishing treatment. Optimal Electrode shielded structure improves internal and external field distribution of the product. It has an excellent insulation property. Partial discharge test is carried out under power frequency test voltage.
High voltage coil uses single-staged tower structure, so it has a good shock resistant performance. Use imported polyester films and high strength enameled wires, so it has high insulation strength. Use imported automatic winding equipment to complete the wire winding and the wrapping of interlayer insulation automatically according to entered instructions. It can be designed and made with three coils (one primary coil, one secondary coil and one residual voltage coil) or four coils (one primary coil, two secondary coils and one residual voltage coil) according to the requirement of customer. Disc insulator is used as the partition between the gas chamber of transformer and that of composite apparatus. Transformer and composite apparatus can have SF6 gas with different pressure. The connection between high voltage conductor and high voltage electrode on main body uses elastic structure.
