                                            General

WTZK-02 Series Transformer Temperature Controller (BWY-02 Series Transformer Temperature Controller), be applicable to measure the temperature of transformer oil or other liquid, airs and steam. And when the temperature that measured is reached or exceeded the initial value it will send out the contact-point signal. It is suitable for taking measurement and control of oil temperature in transformer that over 500KVA.The outline show in figure .

7. The switch setting in the opening state, Standard perset value of switch:

First limit: 55℃(close)

Second limit: 80℃(close)

If users need to change the value of set points, please take off the meter cover, and follow the temperature setting process to work(show in Installing & Operation instruction 4),after this close the cover.

PARTⅢ INSTALLING & OPERATION INSTRUCTION

1. Installation of WTZK-02

Directly fix the thermoregulalator on the board using 3 bolts(M6),link the capillary between the thermoregulator and the convertor. the capillary must be fixed in each alternation 300mm to avoid be damaged. And the left capillary must be rolled to Φ300mm annularity and using the same fixed type.

2. Installation of bulb

You must adjust the input current to suitable value according the output current of the current transformer (Ih), ,then filling the hot transformer oil to the seat hole on the transformer, loose the fix bolts of the convertor. And separate the convertor and the joint.

Place the bulb insert into the joint till the transformer oil overflow from the seat hole, then adjust the direction of the convertor, screw down the fix bolt to ensure the oil in the seat hole are totally separate from the outside(details see drawing 2).
