Function:

it combines the washing, negative pressure filling machine and bottle capping machine. It has tight structure to save the space.

The machine is power supplied by single motor. It is with cardan joint and frequency control of motor speed, it can make sure each part of the equipment operate synchronously.

It is easy to operate, running steadily, the high level of automaticity. It could be set stopped automatically if one bottle was blocked in order to protect the equipment from damaging.

The whole technical process is short and sealed completely, in order to make sure the products are not be polluted.

The washing machines adopt the strong clamps, so it is very reliable. Each clamp has the system of water spraying. When it has the bottle, it will spray water to wash it ,on the contrary, it will not; So, it can save the water. The machine assembles the system of up and down which is controlled by the electric to meet the different heights of the bottles; it can be finished only by pressing the switch, to save the time and strength. The equipment also assemble the adjusted screw for bottle entering. It is not necessary to change the screw if the bottles' diameters are similar, it still can be used only by adjusted.
