It has the ability of moisture-proof, mould-proof and rust-proof. In its life there won't be obvious corrosion. The aluminum parts adopt anodic oxidation treatment, zinc yellow primer coating and surface with white colored paint.

Three-proofing, safety and operation requirement

(1) The antenna has the ability of moisture-proof, mould-proof and rust-proof and meanwhile it has anti-rust function like acid resistant, alkali-resistant and salt-resistant. There's no obvious corrosion during its life.

(2) All steel part and pipe fitting of the antenna are treated with hot zinc spraying or hot zinc dipping (The bolt below12mmis made of stainless steel). The parts of aluminum panel should be anodized, then coated with two layers of strontium yellow epoxy polyamide primer (such as H06-1012H, H53-33), and then two or three layers of acrylic enamel paint (such as B04-11, S04).

(3) The thickness of hot zinc spraying should not be less than 160um, the total thickness of primer film is 40~60um and the total thickness of finish paint film should not be less than 60um.

(4) Spraying quality: the paint film is evenly and it doesn't have shrink, brush mark, blistering, flooding, orange peel and yellowing. There will be no obvious blushing in the damp and salt fog area; and there's no pile paint and color leakage in the position of the fastener joint.

(5)Lightening arrester and aviation warning lamp are installed over the edge of antenna main reflector. Lightening attester is installed over the sub-reflector. The user should offer the credible lightening protection grounding system for the outdoor part of the overall antenna.

(6) The inner high frequency case (antenna hub) should be decorated and equipped with three-core AC 220V outlet and lamp. The high frequency case adopts single-door; sealed hinge, handle and lock should be suited to antenna service life, firm, sealed, credible.
