Composition:
Each ml contains Enrofloxacin 50 or 100mg.
 
Mode of action:
Enrofloxacin deactivate DNA gyrase making the reading of DNA impossible. This results in death of the bacteria cell.
 
Mammalian DNA Gyrase is of a completely different shape and remains unchanged.
 
Indications:
Enrofloxacin injection being a broad spectrum antibactericidal is indicated in single or mixed bacterial infections,
and especially in infections caused by anaerobic bacteria.
In livestock and canines, Enrofloxacin injection is effective against a wide range of Gram positive and Gram negative
organisms causing infections such as Bronchopneumonia and other respiratory tract infections, gastrointestinal
enteritis, calf scours, Mastitis, Metritis, Pyometra, skin and soft tissue infections, ear infections, secondary bacterial
infections notably those caused by E.Coli, Salmonella Spp, Pseudomonas, Streptococcus, Bordetella bronchiseptica,
 
Klebsiella ect.
