a.Make sure all connections are secure and properly connected;
b.Make sure the volume knob on the monitor is turned up.
2.Unclear image
a.Check and adjust the brightness knob to meet your requirements;
b.Check if protecting film on the camera and infrared LED lights pill off.
3.Door not in locking
The wire of unlock disconnected of short circuit.
4.Date and time is not accurate
Power off and re-plug,re-set the date and time.
5.How long are available on a single charge of the battery ? And Battery life?
