Application:

Mainly used for cutting H Beam, Slot steel, Box beam and bar steel with characteristics of easy operation, high efficiency and strong power etc.

Characteristics:

a) The machine is mainly composed of saw-frame, bed(worktable), vertical feeding mechanism, upright press

mechanism, rotation worktable, hydraulic system and cooling system etc.

b) Saw frame is welded by square tube and steel plate with aging treatment to ensure strengthen and precision.

c) Saw frame feeding is controlled by hydraulic servo proportional valve and encoder realize digital control.

d) Blade saw keep good tensile in rapid moving condition by hydraulic tensile control.

e) Power brush was equipped on blade saw to clean chips, can adhere to blade automatically.

f) Spiral chips-removal system is equipped on machine to collect chips.
