this machine is specialized in to cut various kinds of Nuts, such as Peanut,Almond Kernel, Walnut kernel, Chestnut kernel to be small particles.
Peanut will be sent into machine with conveyor, and working speed of cutter is constant. by changing working speed of feeding conveyor to adjust the size of finished peanut particle.
Usage:
this machine is specialized in to cut various kinds of Nuts, such as Peanut,Almond Kernel,Walnut kernel,Chestnut kernel to be small particles.
Advantage:
1. the properties to this machine are high production,equal size, low material consumption, low noise and no oil from the chopped peanuts.
2. the chopping blades cut the materials at certain speed, by adjusting the speed of conveyor, the materials would be chopped into different sizes.
3. the chopped particles are selected through the vibrating screen.
