The self-priming centrifugal pump suck up the liquid from a tank, thus there is a very strong vacuum in the pipe between the pump and valve. When adjust the valve ,the material in the hopper is sucked into the pump and mixed with the liquid .And sent to the shear pump ,where the un-dissolved material  sheared and mixed totally at the speed of 30m/s ,0.3 mm gap. This unit can mixing powder circularly and get a fine homogenized effect, according to the request of customer.

Application:
Dairy Industry 
1.Dissolve milk powder, cream powder and thickness (CMC-Na, Guar, pectin) in yogohurt.
2.Dissolve the powder ingredients in dairy products (ice cream, chocolate, fruit milk)

Food Industry
Dissolve starch , emulsifier and powder flavor in seasoning and tomato sauce.
   
Beverage Industry  
Dissolve thickness (xanthan gum, pectin) ,ingredients (mineral, vitamin) in soft drinking, and enzyme in concentrated juice.
