1.       How to buy oil painting from us?

If you find a few favorite images which not been listed in our catalogue, and you wish to turn it into the oil paintings, please sends us the images to ……., and tell us the size, quality, quantity, we will sent you the detailed quote and reply within 12 hours. Customer provide photo or painting sample, we paint according to it. If there is special requirement, please indicate and we will confirm if we can satisfy you. After finishing, pictures will be taken for customer's verification. If anything needed to be modified, we will correct until satisfied.

2.       What are the size of paintings?

8x10" , 12x16" , 16x20" , 20x24" , 24x36" , 24x48" , 30x40" , 36x48" , 47x72" , other special sizes are available by request.

3.       What's the minimum quantity that you can accepted?

Not minimum quantity is required, but for wholesale and long term business partners, better prices will be offered.

4.       Can you frame the artworks for client?

Yes, we can.

5.       Why can you sell paintings at cheaper prices?

In China, we have own oil painting factory, dozens of  specialized studios are set up under factory, we supply paintings directly, no middleman. So no extra cost, that's why we can offer competitive price.

6.       How to do the damaged paintings?

If the paintings is damaged by shipping, please send the photo of damaged paintings as soon as possible. We will repaint the paintings for you immediately. Please report to us within 7 days after shipment is arrived, or we will think the shipment is arrived in good condition.

7.       How do you pack the paintings?

Between each paintings, there is thin plastic film. For paintings without frame and in small size, we will roll them with PVC tube and use paper box. For big sizes, we use air foam plastic to pack outside.

8.       How can I pay for my order?
