The full computerized jacquard pantyhose knitting machine is designed for weaving jacquard silk socks, it can weave plain, mesh and jacquard socks andother patterns. It uses nylon, covered yarn, velvet, milk silk and other rawmaterial to knit stocking fabrics, including pairs of socks, stocking, pantyhose, ankle-length pants and body stocking.

 

1. 4-ways yarnfeeder, each feeder is equipped with 6 yarn fingers, 4-ways actuatorsystem.

    It meets requirements of all variety of socks;

2. The main yarn finger is designed as the split type, which greatly reduce customer's usage cost and easily for maintenance;

3. The needle arc range and socks size are finished by cylinder's motion which is controlled by high-precision stepper motor;

4. With the highly sensitive spandex feeder, the machine can knit all shape of socks via adjusting the spandex tension;

5. Circular creel with a photoelectric sensor which can alarm the yarn-brake on time and reduce the yarn wasting;

6. It controls the stitch density by cylinder, stitch cam and sinker cam;

7. It can weave different floating elastic yarn and jacquard patterns;

8. The key parts, such as bearing, magnetic valve, synchronous belt, needle and spline, etc., use the worldclass supplier's first-rate product,
    assembled by the experienced worker, so the machine is a low noise, stable and long life cycle;

9. The safety system, equipped with air compress controlling unit, auto lubrication alarm unit, and auto overloading stop unit,
    prevents the damage to the machine and keeps the worker safe.
