Heavy load rail transfer trolley with operation platform

The electrical transfer trolley cart's battery supplies the electric power to the control system and the transmission system of the cart after the lead-acid battery is fully charged, then translate into the transmission force and lead to the forward, backward of the cart.

The battery powered rail transfer trolley is powered by battery and driven by DC motor. The moment is transmitted to running mechanism by gears, which makes the cart work.

The transfer trolley on rails without cable reel is used for moving hot billet and cold-rolled. It is suitable for medium-and-long distance transportation and turning,circular path and climbing application. The transfer cart can realize lifting function ,PLC unmanned operation and 1-1300t capacity.
