Battery power rail transfer carriage is made of driving system, traveling system and control system. All parts are modular structure, it is convenient to maintenance and exchange battery.

Advantages of rail transfer carriage

Compared with BJT, BDG transfer cart, the battery transfer carriage has advantages of great security, flexibility, can running on turning rails, no limit on running distance, no strictly requires on rail construction, so it has low construction cost.

BXC electric transfer carriage is powered by battery, transmit the electric to the DC control box, then the electric motors and the decelerating motors work, and the start, stop, forward , backward of  the cart are controlled.

Application of transfer cart
The battery transfer carriage is applied in shipyard, metallurgy plant, warehouses, steel plant, quarries mine industry, coal and oil industry. It is used to transfer machine parts, steel sheet etc.
