SUMMARY

l  Use below temperature of 180℃(356℉, BHCT).

l  Strong permeation function which can effectively disperse and wash off the well mud cake generated during the process of well-drilling thus displacement efficiency is highly improved. 

l  Compound washing liquid featuring with non-phosphorus, non-toxic and low-foaming characteristics mainly applied as washing and spacing agents during the process of well cementation where water-based drilling fluid is applied. Good performance can be achieved as well when applied in oil-based drilling fluid.

l  In case of formulating new washing liquid by using CW110L, compatibility test should be conducted beforehand.

l  Washing liquid cannot be formulated by applying CW110L with mixing water that contains other additives or high concentration of salt. Or bad outcomes may occur due to the incompatibility.

l  Long time storage may result in muddy and blurry appearance of CW110L which is normal and has no influence on its performance.

STANDARD PACKAGING AND STORAGE

l  Packed in 20kg or 25kg, 200L or 5 US gallon plastic barrels. It can also be packed according to customers' individual requirements.

l  Use within 12 months after production. When expired, lab test should be done to confirm the quality before use.

l  Store in ventilated, cool and dry area, avoid exposure to sun and rain. The height of stack should be less than 3 layers.
