Pre
straightening: The raw material is straightened before being
peeled in order to maintain the accuracy of peeling. If the raw
material is not found up to the desired standard, it is not
allowed to pass to the next stage.
Peeling: In this stage, the straightened raw material passes
through the peeling machine and is peeled as per the required
size by a cutter made out of tungsten carbide. The rotatory
motion of the cutter ensures accurate and even peeling of the
raw material.
Post Straightening: The material is now re-straightened
and polished to remove any surface flaws and to give it a
pimple shining look.
