This set machine can pack granule and fluent powder such as pet food, sugar, salt, rice, coffee, sesame, forage, MSG, washing powder etc.
1. A color touch screen and a reliable double-shaft high precise output PLC have been adopted, able to implement control, bag-making, measuring, filling, sealing, marking, bag-cutting at one time.
2. Independent air circuit control and electric circuit control box with less noise and more stable electric circuit.
3. Double-belt servo drawing film has been adopted: Leading to few resistance in drawing film, sound shape of packing bags, more beautiful appearance, and durable belt.
4. Servo control has been adopted, which could realize high precise orientation and gain accurate dimension.
5. An outer-built film allocation structure has been adopted, leading to a simpler and easier installation of packing film.
6. Deflection adjustment of packing bag could be implemented on the touch screen, which is easy to operate.
7. A closed structure has been adopted in the whole set, effectively preventing powder and dirt from entering the inside of the machine.
