AISI 52100 CHROME STEEL BALLS
Chrome steel ball ,or high carbon chrome steel ball is actually an alloy steel ball which owes its enhanced properties to the presence of lager proportions of special alloying elements such as chrominum , manganese and silicon than are ordinarily present in carbon steel .
It is a universal material for many applications, such as, ball and roller bearing industry and for a variety of automobile applications. Due to through hardening, it has an excellent surface quality , superior wear resistance ,hard hardness and high load bearing capacity.
APPLICATION
Our Chrome steel balls are applied in bearings such as slew bearing, deep groove ball bearing, thrust ball bearing, self aligning ball bearing, double-row bearing and etc.

MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
Hardness as measured on parallel flat surfaces is Rockwell "C"60-66.Custom heat treating is available for special hardness and dimensional stability requirements.
AVAILABLE GRADES AND SIZES
PACKING
Firstly we pack the balls in cartons.
One type inside has two cartons.
For each carton, length: 22cm width:17cm height:10cm
Another type inside has four cartons:
For each carton, length: 15cm width:12cm height:10cm
About the outside carton:
For each carton, length: 370mm width:250mm height:110mm
Then, we pack our balls using wooden pallet in our export business :
1). Put the plastic paper in the pallet(waterproof).
The size of wooden pallet: 860mmm 800mm 750mm
2). Put the ball carton into the pallet ,and fix the pallet.
3) .Hooping the pallet tightly using the steel rods
Generally, if you don't want packing with our company's logo and name, we offer neutral packing.
