General description

This model crane has two hooks and the ability to lift and transfer long steel plate or scrap materials, iron or steel blocks in steel plants, harbors, and warehouses and so on.

The direction of electromagnetism hanger beam is divided into two styles, that is, parallel or vertical to the crane main beam. Under the hanger beam are the electromagnetic chucks, which can load & unloading metal weight.

Composition:

It has strong and permanent magnetic force to lift materials with high efficiency.It consists of bridge, crane traveling mechanism, trolley, electric equipment and electromagnetic chuck. Both traveling mechanism and trolley motors are special motors for canes, large starting torque and loading capacity.

Epoxy zinc-rich painting for one bottoms and two sides of 120μm thick, to achieve a long lifespan, beautiful appearance and good luster

The girder and end beam are connected together by high strength bolts to ensure the structure strength and precision of the whole machine
The end beams are equipped with flat wheel or double rim wheels, anti-friction bearings, buffer blocks and derailment preventing end plate
Maintenance walkway is located on one side of the main girder, consisting of flower pattern plate, 1050meters handrail.
