Tank accessories and fittings

Manhole

1. Three manholes with 16" OPW DN400 manhole cover, each comparment for one manhole;
2. Built-in thread type breather valve in the manhole;
3. Equipped with auxiliary three openings: for mounting vapor recovery vavle, anti overflow probe, dip hatch and so on.

Discharge system

1. Bottom vavle: Three DN100(4") OPW EUR0100-1S pneumatic bottom valve on the bottom of the tanker, each comparment for one foot vavle;
2. Discharge pipe line: Three DN100(4") aluminum alloy pipe line extended to the middle right side of tank operation box from each bottom valve.     
3. All outlets are in the aluminum alloy operation box.
4. Discharge vavle: Three DN100(4") OPW 891BA-NP, connected with the aluminum alloy discharge pipe line flange in the operation box, to be fitted at a height of between 700mm and 850mm above the ground; Every discharge vavle equipped with one 8-plane rotary oil indicator;
5. Discharge hose: NBR                                                         

Vapor recovery system:

1. Three DN80(3'') vapor recovery nozzle on the left shoulder of top tank, corresponding to the location of manhole, connected the vapor recovery vavle of the manhole with hose;
2. One DN100(4'') aluminum alloy non-welding pipe along with tank extended to the middle right side of tank operation box from left shoulder;
3. One OPW T196SV vapor recovery valve; one OPW 633LVB vapor recovery quick joint(equipped with OPW 1711T plug)
4. One OPW T180SV vapor recovery valve by-pass on left shoulder of top tank.

BPW 12000KG drum brake axle and air suspension, three axles, front axle with lifting function.

Braking system
