This.is.CNC horizontal latheCK6163, CK6180, and CK61100 is the widely used standard automated metal processing equipment at present, which is suitable for processing large size metal parts and components with complex shape such as shaft and disc; it will greatly improve the processing efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of the workers when it is used to process great mass of parts. This series of lathe is reliable in accuracy and stability and easy in operating and programming, it can undertake various turning works such as turning inner and outer cylindrical surface, so it is applied widely and is a kind of ideal metal processing equipment

 

1)      Featured with flat bed, wide hard guide way and fully enclosed safe guard. The good-looking machine is completely equipped, highly reliable, and promises high rigidity and precision, easy operation as well as good safety.

 

2)      As adopted with integral bed feet, super sonic hardened guide way, this machine has high rigidity and perfect precision. Bed, bed feet, spindle box and carriage, etc. all made by precious casting. Through the finite element analysis, reasonably arranged the stiffen ribbons, therefore effectively improve the processing capacity of the machine.

 

3)      There are 2 kinds of spindle box equipments for choice such as: 2-steps gear change speeds and single spindle stepless speeds change which can satisfy the customer who require the machine with big torque, high speeds processing, etc. the spindle bearing are bought from Japanese NSK precision bearings, and there are FANUC servo spindle for choosing.

 

4)      There are adjusting row tools for choice which can easy adjust the high of the tool centers and also convenient for the various tools used in processing.

 

5)      As the machine adopts the modular design, except the main spindle box and CNC system can be chosen by the customers, also the chucks such as handle chuck and 10 or 12 inch hydraulic chuck, tool posts such as 4-positions, horizontal 6,8-positions electrical tool posts or row tool posts; tail stocks such as handle or hydraulic tail stock for choice according to the requirements of the customers. Further more, we can supply the simple bar stock conveyor for your requirement.

 

6)      Fully enclosed safe guard were used in these machines. Because of the operation panel set with the pull door, the operation panel can move with the door at the same time which will make the operation more convenient.
