Barite separation is mainly grvity separation by gravity separators. The raw barite shall be crushed to meet needs of gravity separation. Then screen separation and ore-washing will be needed before gravity process.There is a density difference between BaSO4 and impurity stones( density of BaSO$ is 4.2-4.6 while that of gangue is -3.0). And gravity separation can help gain pure barite and waste stone.
