This jigger is the largest diaphragm jigger in China, and the feeding size of 70mm has been the largest feedign size in this ore beneficiation field.
We have manufactured huge capacity jiggers in answer to the need of a client from Hainan, China to concentrate the specularite iron ore, a kind of coarse crystallize ore whose crystallize size is 50mm-70mm. The jigging separation is the simplest but most efficient method for this kind of iron ore. We have had a test on their ore, and designed a whole flow sheet for them. For the first trial production, the treatment capacity is 40t/h with the max. feeding size up to 70m. ( for 70mm,the percentage is no more than 20%. If 20% is passed, the jigger can be damaged to a certain extent.)

At this moment, all equipments have been transported into Hainan, and the installation & adjustment has been finished. And now all lines have been put into production.
